An Episode You Don't Remember Anything About
These episodes aren't bad, exactly, but neither would you go and vote them as your favourites of all time. If trying to explain them to someone you'd probably go "Um, well, our heroes land, and there's this bad guy, right?...," and then stutter in incoherency, trying to describe something that seems like a dream.
This a question that's difficult for me to answer, simply because I have a pretty good memory for a story, and can remember the plot of pretty much every book or episode I've ever read or seen. That being said, this episode for me would probably go to "Avatar Day".
This is the episode which I always forget even existed in Season 2. The plot was boring, the side-characters were annoying, and while the episode featured plenty of funny gags (mostly courtesy of Sokka) and a pretty brilliant flash-back of Kyoshi, which is just stunning to watch, I can't really remember much of what happened. It seems like the definition of filler episode. Its there to set up some stuff for later in the season, but I mostly find myself asking, "So where's Toph?"
So what about you guys? Which episode did you apparently watch, although you wouldn't know it?
Tomorrow: What question would you love to have answered about something in the series that wasn't so clear?

I only ask because my sister (who's not a fan, so not one to overreact to a random rumour) says that the 'Circle of Magic' series is getting a tv-series. In all my searching, I can't find any mention of it, but I was wondering if someone here would of. (Because seriously, that would be awesome. Books series work better in a serial form than a movie, and I think with some good actors, scripts and effects, it could be pretty enjoyable.)
In other news, my sister is going as a Dalek for Halloween. I am so proud of her.

Two friends and I have decided to undertake something of a challenge. We are going to do video reviews for every serial of Doctor Who, from beginning to end, in order. While we haven't actually started it yet (we hope to get a few reviews done before the end of the month as insurance for if we fall behind), we have got a youtube account and a blogspot for it. If you have any urge to support us or join us in our journey of epic proportions, please feel free to bookmark/subscribe. There may not be anything there yet, but there will be in the coming weeks. xD

Day 19: What question would you love to have answered about something in the series that wasn't so clear?
Time for the obvious; What the Hell happened to Zuko's mom?
Seriously, I want so much resolution on this. Was Sozin screwing with him, and did she actually die? Did he eventually track her down? Did she track him down? Did she did during her exile? Did something happen along the lines of Anastasia, with plenty of imposters? (My head-cannon has a plot with a woman trying to trick Zuko, and succeeding until the real Ursa showed up).
I know we might get these answers as a side-mention in Korra, but I feel like this would make an awesome mini-series.
So, how about you guys? What would you love to have known more about, or wished that the writers' tied up better?
Tomorrow: favourite disguise any character has used.

I keep loading the review and the comments, hoping that it'll turn up, but I can't find it. This is making me sad; that was a glorious and wonderful thread that should never be forgotten.
Though, considering what the thread was about, perhaps it's appropriate.
(At least "The Lodger" crack thread, though largely un-Romanized, is still there.)

Day 20: Favourite Disguise Any Character Has Used
When you're on the run from a bunch of people trying to kill you, you'll often finding walking around in out-fits that say "Look at me, I'm different!" a little bit detrimental to the cause. As such, our characters have often had to change out-fits, hair-styles or overall portrayl to survive.
My favourite of all of these would have to be the Blue Spirit. That's a disguise with class. It reminds me of Spiderman if Spirderman were blue...and didn't talk...and and morally neutral....okay, so its not very much like Spidey at all. Still, there's something alluring about his quiet presence, the way he takes everyone down without bending, and the intense control that it posseses, which Zuko rarely seems to have immediately. Moreover, Zuko's disguise is inherently part of his character growth, and I love what it represents.
So, which constume did you like best?
Tomorrow: Some character had difference hairstyles: Zuko, Aang, Katara and Sokka to name a few. Which hairstyle of each did you like better?

Hmm. Hairstyles. As something I don't bother with much in real life, this makes this one trick for me...
I'd say I'm split in half. I really like Katara's original hair-styles. The loopies are really quite pretty and original. so I'm going to be shallow and say it just makes her look pretty. On a more poignant note, I'll go with all of Zuko's hair-styles (although I like the look of his 2nd-half of season 3 one best). Like so much about Zuko, his hair is constantly changing, and really reflects what ever his inner thoughts are.
Tomorrow: Favourite villain.(If your favourite villain is your favourite main character, then second favourite villain).

Whether or not that's gonna happen, I'm mostly interested in what the fifth set in stone book is (I presume Hobbit and LotR are the other 4) and if it's part of the surprise mentioned today on Reads and might therefore be before Hobbit.

Ack, I can't even remember what I put down as my favourite character! I don't think I could decide, anyway, since they're such an interesting cast.
Favourite villain, though, there's no contender. Azula. She's cool, calculating and brilliant. Its been said that a hero is only as good as their villains, so pitting the gaang against someone so dangerous, but as the same time with genuine character flaws really says something about the show's quality.
Tomorrow: Favourite pairing/ship

Favourite Pairing or Ship
For me, I'd have to go with Zuko X Mai.
On the whole, I've never been particularly attracted to most of the ships in Avatar, though I'm rarely drawn to any romance. I thought Kataang was sweet, if predictable, and even though I think it could have been written better and shown more response on Katara's part. I could see the appeal of Zutara, but never saw any real support for it in the show. Other side ships, like SukiXSokka and such were nice, but I didn't really mind either way.
Zuko and Mai seemed to work together. They had similar personalities, but not too similar, and even though they had arguments and fights, they worked at keeping things together. They seemed like one of the more realistic couples presented in any version of 'children's' TV. Also, for characters who are often defined by their moodiness and angst, when they were together, it was some of the only times they seemed genuinely happy, and as someone who liked seeing the characters earn their happiness, it means a lot.
So how about you? Which characters do you think just work together? (And yes, Iroh x Tea is a valid response <3 )
Tomorrow: What element would you bend?
