It may sound silly, but my favorite Donna moment is from Partners in Crime when she's miming to the Doctor. It's just too funny! I love Catherine Tate best when she's being hilarious, and she is nothing but hilarious in that scene. I especially love how you can tell exactly what she's saying for most of it and I LOVE the freaked out look on the Doctor's face as he watches the mime show. You go Donna!
So what about you? What's your favorite moment featuring Donna?

The miming scene from Partners in Crime is definitely a contender, though I think "all of Fires of Pompeii" may beat it out. She's just so awesome in that episode from beginning to end. Not that she isn't in most of the others (I say most of instead of all because... well, I'll get into that below), but that one's particularly stand-out awesome for me, mainly because of her efforts to save the people of Pompeii, and the line "Donna, human, no!" The miming is a close second, as is... well, actually, there are way too many.
I'd say "all of series four", but that would also include the end of Journey's End, and that is one of my least favorite moments of ANYTHING EVER. :'(

I reaaly honestly can't choose. She's either doing something hilarious, something heartbreaking or something UTTERLY AWESOME. I keep thinking I've harrowed it down to one moment but then I'll remember five more equally awesome ones and I'm stuck again.
Okay, if I really have to, my top three: "Are you shouting at thin air?" from End of Time (for funny, it's a minor one I know but I love it anyways), Begging the Doctor to go back and save Caecillius and his family in Fires of Pompeii (for heartbreaking) and every second as DoctorDonna in Journey's End (for awesomeness!)

All. All of Donna. Birth to Death Donna was made of awesome.

Actually, her in that entire ep is amazing. I love the "Donna, human, no!" line, and her being cool with the family, and compassionate about the daughter but still irate as hell with the soothsayers.

Off the top of my head I love just about every time she's with the Doctor being ignored and she's like "I'm Donna Noble, I'll have a salute" but I'll probably think of like 20 more in the next few minutes.

The entire episode of "Turn Left". It just goes to show how awesome Donna is without the Doctor. She is just so fierce and feisty and Wilf is awesome and it is the one episode, before "Journey's End", where Sylvia, Donna's mom, isn't just terrible and you can see how much Donna loves her family and how strong she is for keeping on despite the world falling to pieces around her. Donna is that person who keeps her life moving even though aliens invade or the Titanic hits London because sometimes it is not about the world, but about the people you care about. I just love her so much and I love watching her live her life. Even when the Doctor is not involved.
