When Rose reappears during 'The Stolen Earth' all you can really say is "FUCK YEAH, Rose Tyler!" I mean what's not to love? It's Rose, she has a giant fucking gun, and she's here to kick ass and take names. Of course, it doesn't really last long, but for that moment of shining glory I loved Rose more than I have ever loved her before.
So what about you? What's your favorite scene or moment featuring Rose?
Tomorrow: Favorite Martha moment!

This. This without a doubt.
I have a lot of love for Rose. I understand perfectly why a lot of people don't. But this scene right here? This is exactly why I love her so much.
She isn't perfect. She's far from it. She can be intensely childish and selfish. But none of that stops her from being a good person. Selfish as she can be sometimes, she always does what she thinks is right, and she stands by her convictions. She may be wrong sometimes, but who isn't? She gets shit done, and she develops from a hopeless girl into a totally badass defender of the earth. I see this scene as the first little sign of that huge change. The situation back with the Doctor is dire, and she could just do what he said, leave the TARDIS there and move on. Far in the future as it is, it would never effect her or her family. But just forgetting about it would be WRONG, and she won't abide by that. And says so in one of my favorite speeches from Who, period. I just... love this scene.

Close second would be the "Do you like my gun?" bit from Stolen Earth, and shooting out the rocket's viewscreen in Satan Pit.

'I've got no A-Levels, no job, no future... but I tell ya what I have got - Jericho Street Junior School - Under Sevens Gymnastic Team - I got the Bronze!'
It really shows Rose taking charge and how she's not going to let anything stop her, regardless of what anyone else tells her about her life or background.

"I looked into the TARDIS. And the TARDIS looked into me...I am the Bad Wolf. I create myself. I take the words; I scatter them in time and space...You are tiny. I can see the whole of time and space - every single atom of your existence, and I divide them. Everything must come to dust; all things. Everything dies. The Time War ends...I can see everything. All that is, all that was, all that ever could be."
This was easily my favorite of RTD's finales, and it's largely because of this scene.

Tweet from James Corden:
"Finished League of their own last night. Now i'm in Cardiff for the first day on Dr Who.We're filming all night till 8am!!! x"
How exciting is that! It's very late in the filming isn't it? do you think they are to do with the second half or the series? or just the first half?

Turn Left is also a really good answer, but it's not quite mine.

My favorite Rose moment:
Rose as she's being leader to everyone on the Impossible Planet after the Doctor goes down into the pit. I think that is the pinnacle of Rose after she has matured and changed and is now capable of taking on scary situations alone.
(I want to pick Cassandra/Rose or TARDIS/Rose but they aren't actually all Rose so I'm not. Cassandra/Rose is some of my favorite Billie Piper acting.)

Runner up: The times in Idiot's Lantern when she's teasing the father. I don't know why. Partly its because of how witty she's being ("Shame on you, hanging the union jack upside down!"), but also that she has this wicked, mischevious look on her face, like a little imp. Its not a big moment, but I love it.
Winner: When she tries to communicate to the dalek, in Dalek. This is an alien creature, not even vaguely resembling human life, but Rose doesn't hesitate to try and communicate with it and save its life. And yes, we know that its an alien death machine that will kill everything - sheM doesn't. And to me, it highlights her wilingness to help and open mindedness that she has, even with her faults.

She comes off a bit hypocritical, but I still love her for dropping everything and coming to stop the meanie that was using her Mum. Not that Elton was really a meanie, but she didn't know that.
